What is the Incorporation Process?


The first step of incorporating a company in Singapore is to reserve the name for
your business. Once it is approved by ACRA, company names are reserved for the applicant for a period of 120days. 

 

Typically,  if all required documentation is in order (e.g., duly signed and certified), the registration process can be completed within one business day upon submission to ACRA. You will then receive an email stating your company’s registration number.

 

However, non-resident individuals cannot self-register a Singapore company. They 
must engage a professional firm to register the Singapore company.

Can I Incorporate in Singapore If I am Not a Local? 


Yes! You can register a company in Singapore even you are not local, however, non-resident individuals are not allowed to register company in Singapore under Singapore law. You can required to engage a professional firm to incorporate the company for you.
